What is the cancellation policy for transfers?
You can cancel any of your transfer journeys or your entire booking by contacting us via email, WhatsApp, or phone call. Cancellations made more than 10 hours before the scheduled transfer time are fully refundable. If the cancellation is made less than 10 hours before the transfer time, we first check whether your transfer vehicle has already been arranged. If the vehicle has not yet been arranged, the booking will still be refunded in full. If the vehicle has already been arranged, the booking will not be refundable; however, a discount will be applied to your next booking.
