How can I change my transfer time, pickup location or passenger count?
You can make most changes to your booking through the “My Booking” section on our website, as long as it is at least 24 hours before your transfer and the changes do not require additional charges. In the “My Booking” panel, you can update your booking details, add free extras, view, download or print your voucher, and cancel your booking. If your payment type is cash, you can also pay by credit card through the same section.
