How far in advance should I book my transfer?
We recommend booking your transfer as early as possible, but a minimum of 4 hours’ notice is usually sufficient. For last-minute bookings, it is best to contact us by phone. If you make an online reservation, we will send a confirmation email within approximately 3 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time, please contact our customer service team.
